Le Hong Phong is a famous Vietnamese revolutionary, born on September 6, 1902 in Hung Thong commune, Hung Nguyen district, Nghe An province. He was the second General Secretary of the Indochina Communist Party from 1935 to 1936. Youth and revolutionary career Le Hong Phong was born into a poor farmer family, and from a young age had to go through many difficulties and deprivation. However, he was soon aware of the country's situation and determined to follow the revolutionary path. In 1924, Le Hong Phong joined Tam Tam Commune, a revolutionary organization founded by Nguyen Ai Quoc. He participated in many revolutionary activities, including the assassination of Governor General Meklin, but failed and had to flee to Thailand. Revolutionary activities abroad In Thailand, Le Hong Phong came into contact with other revolutionary comrades and was admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam. He participated in many revolutionary activities abroad, including leading revolutionary movements in China and the Soviet Union. In 1935, Le Hong Phong was elected General Secretary of the Indochina Communist Party, replacing Tran Phu. He led the Party during difficult times, helping to restore and develop the Party organization. Return to the country and sacrifice In 1937, Le Hong Phong returned to the country and continued his revolutionary activities. He was arrested a second time in 1939 and sentenced to 5 years in prison and 10 years of house arrest. On September 6, 1942, Le Hong Phong died in Con Dao, when he was only 40 years old. He sacrificed his whole life for Vietnam's revolutionary cause. He dedicated his entire life to the revolutionary cause, fighting for the independence and freedom of his nation. He was a person with a deep sense of patriotism, always putting the interests of the nation above all else. He sacrificed his life for the revolutionary cause, without regard for his own personal interests, without fear of difficulties and hardships. Le Hong Phong is a shining example for future generations to follow, he has proven that with determination and patriotism, we can overcome all difficulties to achieve our goals.
